RETURN POLICY

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we offer free returns for all orders within 30 days of your purchase! You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, not including your original shipping charge. We will only accept items purchased on mhw-3bomber.com for a return; if your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions below. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)？

Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. 

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, and personalized or custom-made products. Please check the product description or contact us if you have any questions about the eligibility of a specific item for return.
